These recipes remind me of the ones (other than the no grain thing) that appear in the First for Women magazine. I'm not normally a magazine person, but this one has new medical finds about weight, recipes, exercises. This is not my mother's magazine. It's right on.

Talk later. Thanks for answering my post.

These sound great. Just looking at the titles--I love honey mustard and almonds.

Congratulations on your loss in weight. Keep up the good work.

Orange Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

Baked Pesto Chicken ("breading" is done w/ almond meal)

Braised Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms and Bacon (in the photo, she serves with mashed cannelini beans)

Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Soy Dijon Pork Tenderloin

I have lots more, but these should get you started :) All these could be served w/ a side of veggies. My favorite ones are green beans, asparagus, or broccoli, roasted in the oven with olive oil, salt, pepper, and topped w/ parmesan cheese after cooking.

Hi everyone-

Here's a challenge for all you good cooks out there. I'm in need of recipes that are grain free or free of any type of grain by products like maltodextrin, corn syrup, corn starch, etc. It cannot have any wheat, rice, barley, rye, corn, cottonseed or oats.
