I think it depends on the person and how well they motivate themselves. I lost 140# and started when I was 52.

I haven't found it to be the case. I try to track my calories daily and am part of the 1,000 steps a day team. The combo works for me.

I just truned 50 and would like to know does it get harder losing the weight?
