HI-I am new to SparkPeople- Hoping a daily check in will help me stay on track this time. I am sitting at my desk amongst discarded Halloween candy wrappers and eating spinach dip
for lunch and realizing that a change must be made. I know I have commitment issues so hopefully this site will provide some accountability.
I am hoping to lose 25 or lbs in the next 6 months. I look forward to learning more about what this site offers.
