My name is Sarah and Iíve been a member of this site off and on for a few years, and I do love it. I was here a few years back and lost 20 pounds, then went away and stopped using the site and gained all that weight back.

I have tried other diets and found that what I truly love about SparkPeople is the community, I believe it really helps keep you on track. Utilize the community here, add friends, join teams and challenges and post to the message boards.

i am new only joined last week and so far it has kept me on track i report every day what i have done and i feel great. i have so much more energy already since i have started....

I'm new to sparks and hope to lose 15 pounds. I am a snacker and my worse enemy is sweets. I am hoping that sparks get me on the right track for a more health diet.

Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage making it public allowing members to come to it and post a message on it to you

Also don't forget about participating as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do

HI-I am new to SparkPeople- Hoping a daily check in will help me stay on track this time. I am sitting at my desk amongst discarded Halloween candy wrappers and eating spinach dip emoticon for lunch and realizing that a change must be made. I know I have commitment issues so hopefully this site will provide some accountability.

I am hoping to lose 25 or lbs in the next 6 months. I look forward to learning more about what this site offers.
