Spark Coach is a great way to get started and if you have the money and need it, I strongly recommend it. I have not used Spark Coach, except for my introductory trial. You can lose and be a member here without it, in case you did not know that.

Let me know if I can help you in any way.

Hello everyone, I just joined SparkCoach and ready to lose the pounds that have crept up on me over the past 10 years. Looking forward to the motivation and encouragement.
