Hi all.

Just stopping by to say hi. I am new to spark but have been on my journey for a bit over a year now.

short version: Had spinal surgery in '05, it healed and my back never bothered me....until Dec. '11. I couldn't figure out why. I finally stepped on a scale and came in at 308.6lbs. 0.o All that strain was finally taking a toll. Through clean eating and activity, I have managed to drop down to 220.5lbs as of my last weigh in. In that time frame I also ran my first 5k. Along with me, my wife has dropped almost 80lbs.

Thanks for reading.
