Welcome Back to SparkPeople!

I have been using SparkCoach as well, and love the guidance it gives. With the site having so many resources available, it's nice to have a "map" like SparkCoach.

Although I have been here before, I am trying SparkCoach for the first time. I would like to lose about 100 lbs. I know how hard it can be. Just keep up with it (and so will I). We can do it together with the help from friends.

Fantastic and welcome back to SparkPeople -- this is such a great community with a wealth of information at your fingertips -- for free! I just decided to try the SparkCoach too, to find out what it was all about. So far I'm really liking it. I'll likely continue it after the free trial ends.

Hi I joined a while ago and gave in before I started so this is attempt number two. I am using the spark coach for guidance so hopefully I can do this this time. I struggle mostly with time management, I am easily side tracked. I have needed to lose about 10lbs for about two years,on the plus side at least I haven't gained all my weight back. I started at about 190 and now I am at about 165.
