Hi Lisa! Welcome back and congratulations on your renewed commitment. When I joined, one of the first things I did was to visit SparkPages for motivation and to see how others like me had fared. I also joined a group or two - for me it was a great way to get to know my way around the site and to engage with what it had to offer.

this is great place to be....join some teams...find some friends.. use the food tracker.. I've been here since last April and I have found so many nice and caring people. My main goal was to stay healthy and to do some kind of exercises every day... I have lost a few pounds.

Hello Everyone,
I'm kind of new, I guess..I found Sparkpeople last year and didn't do much with it.. so now I'm back and hopefully will stick with it... I'm not sure I fit in here because I won't be 50 till May but figured close enough. I'm trying to get back in shape and get toned up now that I'm getting close to the big 50... looking for motivation etc, and love to hear what everyone is doing on their journey. emoticon
