This is a wonderful site with resources, tools and support. I suggest exploring a bit each day and making small changes over time. The nutrition and fitness trackers are extremely helpful.

Hey all- I am 26 years old. I am looking to lose around 120-130 pounds. I am the heaviest I have ever been at 260 pounds. I got my weight down to 170 twice, but ended up gaining it back. My previous highest weight was 225, but with my last weight gain I went higher than I have ever been after my boyfriend was in a bike accident and I went back to using food as a crutch/comfort. I'm looking to get off my butt and lose the weight for real this time. This is my first time on spark!
