You have a great goal, and it very attainable! If you lose 2 lbs per week (average and healthy weight loss goal) in 6 month (Oct. 10th) you will have lost 48 lbs! Awesome! You can do it. Just take it one day and one meal, at a time!

It feels good to know I found the one & I never knew that I would end up feeling like I want to get super healthy and in shape so that I can enjoy every moment of my life with him. I'm just super excited and this is the first time I've ever believed so much in myself and my capabilities in the future!
