DARN! Had pop last night for dinner, only about 16oz though. I was going to get tea at a fast food restaurant...tooo sweet, then diet had wrong carbonation mix and I was wanting more than water, so I got a sugared soda. it was less sweet thant the tea. I put 80% ice in a small cup and the rest soda. But still I was frustrated!! but i have cut WAY back in general!!!

at worse, I am drinking juice. I am drinking mostly water. No soda!

I'm in, it's day 3 for me, without my beloved Pepsi/Mountain Dew fix. I've gone months without one, and it's true, it does aid in losing weight. I'll letyou know how I progress because it gets harder for me by day 5. emoticon

Great Job! I haven't had pop in around about a month now if not longer. I finalLy talked my fiancée into accepting the challenge also. What are you guys drinking instead of pop? I'm drinking water, crystal light sugar free, and milo water drops.

Okay guys so here's the thing. I'm new here but I thought the challenge idea is a great way to get a little extra support. My challenge is for who ever wants to either cut out completly or simply cut back on the amount of soda pop, energy drinks, and other high sugar drinks. Not only are they bad for you, they can really pack on the pounds. My brother lost 20 pounds just from cutting the stuff off completly and didn't change any part of his diet. I'm going to start small and aim for a month without it and see how it goes from there. Get the amount of water up and everything else down! Good luck everybody!
