I started this mission on May 28, 2012 and looked at it like my "Diet". Going into my 5th week, I can see that this isn't just a diet anymore, it's a way of life for me. If I want to consistently stay healthy and fit, I need to take everything I am learning here at Sparkpeople and keep it with me for the rest of my life. Will I fall...probably...will I climb back up....most definitley. I have too many reasons not too.
