I have to break my binge eating habit too. I am an emotional/ stress eater. I will eat and eat even if I'm not hungry. Especially at night!

I understand how you feel--the message boards can be a little intimidating at first. I'm starting this month working on becoming active and binge-free. I feel motivated to become a healthier me, and would really like to find others for support-sharing and encouragement!

I have wondered through the message boards wondering were to jump in and how. Wondering if anyone will even notice my entry anyway. My shy and quiet personality carries over to my internet usage I guess. I'm challenging all of my fellow weight loss seekers waiting on the sidelines to start here and now... unless I'm the only one with message board stage fright. :) No more wondering and sitting on the side lines! Lets motivate, encourage each other, and make new friends. Who will join me???

I have 60 pounds to loose and have tried and failed several times to accomplish this. May 1st here I come starting again at 220 pounds. Goal for May loose 5 pounds and be more active!
