I weighed in and measured today. My weight hadn't changed much so, I measured myself. I do this periodically to see if something has changed. I have lost 1/2 pound, 2 inches off my waist, 1/2 inch off my hips and 1% of body fat.
Sometimes when I feel like I am working hard and the numbers aren't going down on that scale, it really helps me to check my body fat and measure myself. I have to see something changing in order to keep motivated. Seeing that those 2 inches have come off my waist sure does make me feel pretty good right now!
