Hello All,

I am a returned member that is striving to lose 35lbs by October and keep if off this time. A colleague and I are competing to see who will lose more weight by July 25, the challenge started on Monday, June 25. Home much weight do you guys think I can actually lose? And how can some of you motivate me to work harder to reach my goal? Thank you.
