to start you off and if the weather isnt great while you are watching your favorite shaw just march in place it seems simple but it works keep up the good work

My first day on the SparkPeople "diet" plan helped me lose 2.6 lbs. No exercise! I am so excited I may even walk a mile today to help boost me to lose 2.4 lbs. today. That is if it quits thunder storming. I have already reached my first goal to get back under 180 lbs. My weight goals are in 5 lb. increments so I won't get discouraged. I know I won't ever get back down to my 105 lb. weight, but 125 - 130 lbs. would be awesome! Thanks SparkPeople for getting me motivated again!
