Love your motivation and inspiration. I need to get back under 180- just went over and I was SO on track and life came apart again and well OFF track again. Thanks for the inspiration!

My first day on the SparkPeople "diet" plan helped me lose 2.6 lbs. No exercise! I am so excited I may even walk a mile today to help boost me to lose 2.4 lbs. today. That is if it quits thunder storming. I have already reached my first goal to get back under 180 lbs. My weight goals are in 5 lb. increments so I won't get discouraged. I know I won't ever get back down to my 105 lb. weight, but 125 - 130 lbs. would be awesome! Thanks SparkPeople for getting me motivated again! emoticon
