My first day on the SparkPeople "diet" plan helped me lose 2.6 lbs. No exercise! I am so excited I may even walk a mile today to help boost me to lose 2.4 lbs. today. That is if it quits thunder storming. I have already reached my first goal to get back under 180 lbs. My weight goals are in 5 lb. increments so I won't get discouraged. I know I won't ever get back down to my 105 lb. weight, but 125 - 130 lbs. would be awesome! Thanks SparkPeople for getting me motivated again!
