Hello, Im new to this challenge but very interested in pushing myself to meet my goal minutes. I just ran across this challenge but already have 242 minutes going back to October 1st so Im going to just start from there.

Hi I think this sounds like a good idea and I never done an exercise challenge before. I will start at 1000 minutes for October. I am also doing the fall TRICK OR TREAT TROT 5k with sparkpeople so this will be good training. I was going to try to run/walk but it has turned into all walking!
Hi everyone! I'm new to this challenge but like the idea. I need the accountability & motivation. Been doing well the past 9 days so I want to keep the momentum going...which will be tough in a couple weeks when I have friends arrive for a few days.
My October goal is 2500 fitness minutes

SKREBEL for again setting up the challenge - posting my goal and my progress really helps to keep me focused....I'm down 21 lbs since joining your group!!! Last month I did this challenge and originally set a goal of 750 min. I'm pleased to say I kicked that goal around the 17th or 18th so I upped my goal to 1200. I didn't quite make 1200 because I got less committed toward the end of the month, but I am still pleased with my efforts.
This month I am increasing my goal to 1250.

I"m in again. But I will be on vacation for most of the first week and probably not getting as much exercise as I should. I'm going to try to get some exercise while on vacation, but I suspect I'll be playing "catch-up" as the month nears its end.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for October. A new month and new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I am leaving for Disney next Wednesday for six days but will be walking alot so I will up my goal to 1800 minutes, Hope to see you all back again for more and it would be great to have some new folks joining us this month too!!
