Welcome to Spark It is a great place for a healthy journey for life! Spark has some great information and tools right at your finger tips. My thought process is to make changes I am willing to llive with for the rest of my life. Decisions, that I can take forward with me. That was a big reason I chose to be here on Spark. Hi! I'm a mom of 3, busy wife and have always put myself last. As another birthday looms, I am focused on gaining control of my weight and my health. My children range in age from 18 to 7, so I want to be strong and active for many years to come-for myself, my husband, my children...and future grandchildren! I have chosen Atkins, and am currently on Induction Phase. I am a carb junkie and I know, like any other junkie, I cannot continue to eat the foods I am addicted to and be healthy.
