Did you enjoy your meal and stop when satisfied?
When I eat with awareness I eat less at meal time.

Learn to say 'no' to the good so you can say 'yes' to the best.

Dream with no action = wishful thinking
Action with no plan = chaos
Dream + action + persistence = success

The ego tells me you can't do it. The spirit tells me I can.

Each time I say "no" to impulse eating, I will visualize fat melting off my body.
