You know....I never realised I would get whey making greek yoghurt.
I must give that a go.

Since I make my own Greek yogurt, I'm left with 2 cups of yogurt whey at a time. My online research showed this was a very healthy byproduct loaded with protein. It looks and tastes like clear, golden buttermilk. Good to add to sauces, pancakes... or just drink it on ice like I would buttermilk.

I'm getting sick of having my whey in a lumpy shake.
Does anyone have any more interesting ways of using it?
