Down 18 lbs since I started SparkPeople, and 34 lbs since I had my 3rd child last July.

I've been wearing my maternity clothes since she was born because nothing else was comfortable. Super excited because those no longer fit/stay up. I've also been wearing my up-a-size jeans, and today, they're too big, too!!!

I've really been watching what I've been eating, drinking lots of ice water, cut out the soda, and doing light calorie-burning activities that revolve around my kids. i.e. swimming, leg lifts with my baby on my legs, etc.

I'm joining the gym soon to keep it going!

Now I can look good in my clothes& swimsuit for my trip to New Orleans with my hubby next month! So pumped!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!

Changing nothing means nothing changes.
