i think panko and an egg wash but i would start by dusting them in four so the panko will stick to the shrimp, shake most of the flour off, then dip in egg and then roll in panko and drizzle oil over or use a sprayer. into a hot oven 425. 8 minutes and then turn them over and another 6-8 minutes for the other side. of course it would depend on the size of the shrimp.
panko usually stays pretty crisp. I would think if you do an egg white wash and then coat in seasoned panko, put on a baking pan with a little olive oil or a spritz of pam, and bake for a short time you will have some yummy shrimp! I've never made them, but it seems like it would work to me..

I am looking for a crispy oven baded breaded shrimp recipe.
My husband and I eat a lot of shrimp and we usually make it on the grill. This Friday I was hoping to change it up a little and make it breaded, but obviously don't want to fry it.
I am afraid they will come out soggy........ HELP.
