I love the stuff! A little sprinkle on NSA vanilla ice cream - yummy! :)

I LOVE the stuff. I usually buy 4-5 jars at a time online and they are about $4 each. I love adjusting the amount of moisture in it myself - I make it really thin for dipping apple slices and it's awesome in chocolate protein smoothies!

I love making smoothies with it! I know the PB2 website has recipes but I haven't tried them yet.

Do you have to make the whole jar at once or can you leave it powdered and mix up single servings as you go?

I think I pay a little over $3 for a jar of it at my local HyVee. Since pb2 is a powder you would have to add water to make it the right consistency then I would assume that you could cook with it the same as regular pb.(I haven't tried to yet) I throw it in smoothies and use it on english muffins and fruit. emoticon

I LOVE PB2! It is a more natural tasting pb, not quite as sweet as say Jiff. Get some, you won't be disappointed! emoticon

I read about it here!!! I clicked on the section to see if there were stores selling in my area, and I was shocked that there actually were. So I picked up a jar of both regular and chocolate. The chocolate is ok, I love chocolate and someone else mentioned that it tastes like a Reese's PB cup - to me it was not quite that yummy.
THE REGULAR however, I love love love. I have been playing with swapping it out in noodle recipes as well as just mixing and putting on apples. I am so so happy that someone else posted it b/c it is amazing!!!

Hey SparkPeople (: I've been researching products, and I've found one that I'm interested in... but I won't purchase until I get some reviews from some trusted friends!

Has anyone tried/heard anything about PB2?
