wish I could help.
We tried to help our daughter.
Her specialist suggested limiting the carb intake - something like a diabetic diet, as she was told that her condition made diabetes more of a possibility

Now that she's married; there's not too much we can do to help, but I wish we could have done so. She just wouldn't listen. All she wanted to eat was pasta and potatoes (pretty much)

Hey!
Not sure if I am posting in the right place... Apologies if not!
I was wondering if any one else here suffers from PCOS? It's extremly hard to lose weight with this condition and I want to know if anyone has any success stories or tips? I need some motivation really to help me loose the weight (2 stone).
Thanks guys!
