We have been there!! Like the saying goes "A watched pot never boils" many times i was sure I was plateauing when it had been a 1 week or almost two without losing 1 pound to have the next week followed up with a 3 or 4 pound loss. My suggestion is to try doing something different activity wise or diet wise to focus your attention on.

I just completed my third week on spark people, and today was my weigh in day, the past weeks i lost 2 lbs each week, but this week i didnt lose anything. My fitness and nutrition remained the same as the past two weeks, is it possible that just 4 lbs into it i've already hit a plateau? What can you suggest for me to kick it back into gear?
