I hit my goals for situps and pushups! I guess I should set higher goals then huh?
-My mile and a half is down to 22 minutes and 59 seconds.
-I will do 35 situps in a minute
-I will do 20 pushups in a minute
-My weight goal stays the same

I am setting 30 day goals for myself every month. I have 3 more weeks to complete my goals for this month. They are as follows:
-work out 5 days a week (I worked out Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I am also scheduled to work out tomorrow). Goal met for the week!
-Lose 15 pounds to get down to 262.8 (I am currently at 269.8)
-Complete 30 full sit ups (last Saturday I hit 28)
-Complete 15 push ups (last Saturday I hit 12)
-Complete 1.5 miles in 21 minutes and 30 seconds (last Saturday I completed it in 23 minutes and 17 seconds jogging up hills. On the treadmill on Thursday I did it in 21 minutes and 18 seconds)
