I'm glad to be home and back to my routine. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a great time away but I'm glad to get back to my excercise routine.

Not going to badly. I went for a walk yesterday and I'm not eating or drinking too badly.

We're away for the weekend and my routine is going to be a little messed up but I will do the best I can. I don't know how much excercise I'll get but it's only going to be today that's the tough day.

My biggest goal is to blog at least once per day, and make it a quality, relevant blog about my fitness/nutritional journey. So far, it's helping a lot!

I lost another inch!! 1-2 more months and one more inch is my goal. I am glad you posted this because I was feeling a little self centered always posting about my goals and loss. I guess you need to celebrate with someone when you have no one else who really notices. I say if it helps you...POST!!

So they say that posting daily helps with weight loss. I believe it does. My goal is to post on the message boards at least three times a day. Anyone else have a goal for posting.
I know there's a gentlemen that posts daily.
