getting better but it hasn't been tv season yet. I like shoiws that run right up to 10p, then can't sleep. But we can watch them on X-finity so I am going to try to do more of that!

went to bed at 10:30...had a rough frickin night!!! I didn't power down but I was tired and ST
ILL didn't sleep!!

...I struggle with severe insomnia but I also have a hard time in what I call "powering down" before bed. My challenge is to see how long I can successfully cut down on computer and television before 11p.,and in general just "chil" out! preferably by 10. No computer after 8:30 p, Your goals don't have to be the same.
