You didn't say what the cravings were. If it is sweets, try some fruit. If it is that you are tired, you may be eating to find energy. You may better off with a nap. If you are feeling emotional, try journaling.
Every day find a little time for yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes, as long as that time is just for you. Better yet is if that time is fun.

I make sure I know my triggers during that time: Bread, chocolate, and caffeine.
I try not to keep chocolate bars or lots of sweets around the house during that time. If I do have them in the house, I will portion them out. It also helps to keep bread and chocolate in the freezer too.LOL
I also snack on air popcorn! One bag is usually around 100 calories. Grapes are also good to nibble on.

Hello Spark fam!
I have a issue with over eating and having serious food cravings during "that time of the month". It has never been a big issue until I began working out which makes the cravings more intense. Any tips on how I can control the cravings and over eating during this time?
