I like to add nutritional yeast @ 45 calories a serving it has 8 grams of protein. Organic tempeh is another favorite @ 220 calories a serving with 20 grams of protein. (I usually have half a serving at a time) I like to snack on Kashi Go Lean and Kashi Good Friends cereal for adding protein and lots of fiber.

I have been not getting enough protein but I am a vegetarian. I can add eggs some and fish. Any other suggestions from anyone who does not eat meat? Appreciate the help. I am still staying on track and trying to keep up to the nutrition chart. Hope everyone has a great evening.
