I usually cook it for breakfast in half water half almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, splash of vanilla. Then when done i add thawed frozen blackberries and chopped toasted walnuts. Yummy! But also, you can really use it in any recipe that calls for rice. it cooks in about the same time, and uses the same water proportions as white rice, so it is a great whole grain substitute. Just be sure to rinse it well first to help get rid of the bitter taste it can have. :)

I find I like it best in cold dishes. There are some great recipes on SparkPeople for quinoa and black bean salad.

and... banana... mashed in warm Quinoa, it is like a dessert
