If you share your nutrition tracker than we could probably help better. If you aren't eating the minimum, your body will not function properly, and then it will not lose weight. It's like your body thinks your going to be starving soon so it retains every fat it can.

I am having a hard time reaching my daily food goals. I have tried having breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 3 small snacks in between them all, but I am still not reaching my daily goals. Does anyone have tips for accomplishing this task? How much of an impact will not reaching my goal have on weight loss?
