WELL SPARKPEOPLE it is the weekend. Woke up at 2 am said my prayers w/ lighted candle for ALL YOU SPARKPEOPLE and then started exercising at 2:45 am finished at 4:02 and started walking right away. Finished at 5:16 am with 10,012 steps. Took longer then usual for like I mentioned with COPD it is very humid in the bldg. NOW, the weekend is ( out of sorts for YOU ) Your routine is out of whack. Get that pedometer going for with YOU , husband, kids , etc. you'll never believe how much you walk but still get that extra mile in there. GOD BLESS YOU, GOOD LUCK TOWARDS YOUR GOAL & YOU CAN DO THIS !! emoticon .
