Hi ,

I reached my goal weight last spring 2011. Lost 70 pds went from 208 to 137.. I trying to maintain the weight I lost.. I am up at the moment so I am trying to get the 12 pds off I gained. Its hard work but changing old habits is the hardest part. Trying to eat healthy now
so I can maintain the weight I lost.. I don't want to go back to where I was..
