I can imagine how wonderful that felt! I just got started but seeing the silly little ticker move in the right direction is SUCH a great feeling! Congrats!

MCFHARPIST, I don't really have people say much about it. I moved a year ago and nobody where I live now knew me at my heaviest. I also regained 20 of the 38 lbs I had lost after moving here. I have a few people tell me I'm doing great which is always nice to hear. I'm really just happy that I feel better than I have in years which translates into being more confident and less likely to keep to myself. I also don't hide from the camera as much as I used to. I'm so happy I finally figured out the secret to weight loss after so many years. There is no quick fix.

Goals
March ~ 7 lbs goal met actual (9.4 lbs)
April ~ 5 lbs goal met actual (5.4 lbs)
May ~ 7 lbs goal met actual (7.2 lbs)
June ~ 3-4 lbs goal met actual (3.6 lbs)
July ~ 2-3 lbs

I really like your attitude about reaching 123 pounds. It's low key, matter of fact, no drama. Love it. FYI, you look fantastic in your coliseum picture. I bet eyes have popped and jaws have dropped at the success you have experienced.

Spark On!

Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will".
You are now ready to succeed.
Let's go.

I just picked a number when I made my ticker and this week I've reached it finally. Made the ticker over a year ago. I think I want to try to lose a few more pounds, but I love the feeling of reaching a goal! Think I will enjoy looking at it for a week or so then change it so I have something else to work toward.
