150 calories per slice with 20g protein as it is. If you wanted to lower the carbs, but raise the cals, you could use low fat cream cheese (or full fat) instead of the non-fat. Then just add whatever toppings you feel are best. nuts, whip, sugar free syrups, fruit (not sure exactly how you low carbers operate haha)
