I'm going to try out Melynda's recipe this weekend. I'll use beef broth and I'll include the beef for the protein. Guess I'll have to call it Melynda's Altered Garden Veg Soup.

Tried that one out and you were right... It's a real good recipe.Simple ingredients that worked well together. Thanks! Here is a pasta one 1/ use any kind of pasta (I use linguine) and 2/ fry some onions and garlic and add a tin of tuna (packed in water).Put mixture over top of pasta and squeeze some lemon over the top. That's it ! Really good and pretty low cal.
I love recipes ad easy ones to cant wait to see them. I would like to share one myself if you dont mind. It is easy and very low in fat, and good on those cool days. you can eat any time. it has no meat but as a meat lover i dont even miss it. Garden veg soup 2/3 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup diced onion 2 garlic cloves,minced 3 cups fat free beef,chicken,or veg. broth 1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage 1/2 cup green beans 1 Tbsp tomato paste 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup diced zucchini Add all ingredience bring to boil, lower heat cover and simmer until tender. serve hot. easy to freeze, and taste great enjoy
