Sorry to say, but the control bit is over more than just food. It is over your life. I know staying within range is now a big thing for you, but you know what ... you could help others here on Spark with the same problem. Go, girl, go!

Today I managed to stay within my calorie range! Friday was kind of troublesome, and I ended up going WAY over, but I managed to go for a jog the next day (6.54 miles!) and I have managed to stay within my calorie range yesterday and today! I feel really good about my decisions! I know that as long as I practice taking control over my food, I will succeed!
