I lost track too and thus why I am back here. Didn't fall off too bad, but bad enough that I notice I was not feeling healthy as before. So here I go again! :-)

Hi all,

I have used Spark People before, and really liked it, however lost sight of my goals, and as a results lost interest in tracking how I was going with weight loss etc... I am now on a mission to lose 14kg.

However, my primary goal is to run a half marathon on 1 July 2012. I would like to run it in under 2 hours. I've been running for a number of years but never longer than 10km, so this will be a bit of a challenge for me!

I've been eating well over the past three weeks, and tracking my eating, which is a great help. I've also been tracking my running, which has been very helpful to get me to run just that little bit longer/faster/further.

Any motivational words welcome, to help me on my journey to 21km in less than 2 hours!

Thanks all

Tracey
