How is your workout going?? Week 2 is tough with all the plank positions. Never heard of the Brazil Butt Lift so will check it out. I am always looking for new things to try so I don't get bored. Good luck this week and hopefully we will be losing over the holiday instead of gaining.

Well, if you are still up for it, I am game. I could really use a goal to meet. I have been a bit lost the last few months. I went on vacation and that messed me up big time with my consistency and mindset. I still lost 5 lbs, but got off the exercise routine.

I am doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 along with Brazil Butt Lift ( although that one goes for two months).

Today is day 3 for me level 1.

Yes, I have done week 1 on and off for the last 2 weeks and moving onto week 2. Totally love her DVDs and want to be more consistent with doing it 6 days a week with one day off. I did her 30 Day Shred last month and that's how I lost my first 10 punds.

ugh, missed this. I started this yesterday and started a thread on the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred spark team under challenges. Are you still working on it?

Today I am starting Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 days DVD. I would love for people to join and help keep each other motivated. There are 4 levels so I am going to do a level for one week then move to the next. Jump on board and let me know how you are doing!!!
