I'm with YOJULEZ. I would much rather have a rack of lamb or prime rib!

Between goose or turkey, I would probably prefer turkey. I've only had goose one time. It was just ok.

My Christmas dinner this year will be a simple one. It's just me and my boyfriend. He's very picky (eats like a 5 year old). So, it will probably be pasta for us.

Turkey! Goose is so fatty that we only cook it on the grill and it's a bit chilly for that now.

I've never had goose. I've had duck and I like that but it's expensive. I'm doing a turkey but honestly I don't even like turkey that much, it's pretty bland even when it's well-prepared. I'd rather have a nice prime rib roast or rack of lamb or something.

Oh and this is the turkey I'm doing. I'm also adding some lemons, garlic heads, herbs, and shallots into the cavity. allrecipes.com/recipe/rosemary-roasted-tur

Turkey (never goose for me. Too much fat) I do put stuffing in the turkey which gives it a nice flavor of leeks, celery and onions. I make sure the stuffing reaches the right temp. and take it out as soon as the turkey comes out of the oven.

Turkey!! My mom rubs him down with butter and salt and pepper...put a little water in the pan, covers it all in foil, and roasts him! I never eat the skin but according to my family the butter, salt, and pepper make it yummy.....

We have turkey and spiral ham as some of us like turkey and some like ham. Either way we are all happy.

God grant me the patience, knowledge and understanding to do the things I need to do.
