I love roasted kale, it's delicious and makes me feel like I'm eating potato chips =)

Sounds great! Am going to give it a shot.. Haven't had it at home as it is usually fried, but roasted is a great idea!

I use a hotter oven, and roast for a shorter period of time. I love using the garlic salt!

I tried it one time. I need to learn how to properly cut the kale. I think I left to much rib on it. It was chewy. But, I love kale so I definitely want to learn and try it again. emoticon

Roasted kale is fun! Surprisingly like potato chips! Your tweaking sounds like it would be tasty.

So, I browsed the SP recipes and found rave reviews for roasted kale..... havev you ever tried this dish? I revamped the recipe and tossed my shredded kale in olive oil, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper before roasting at 275 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I really like this!
