Don't go in the kitchen. Find another place in the house to hang out.

I find myself doing the exact same thing. I will get up and go to the kitchen just to look at what we have. What I have found is that I need to keep myself busy. I cross stitch and that keeps me from getting up to graze or if I do get up I look and then try to think about if I'm really hungry or bored.

I am having such a hard time not eating almost every time I go into the kitchen; everytime I go in, I want to grab something to eat. Any tips on how to avoid this??
