I lost 9 pounds while going up to level 6-7. I then gained it back and more while I went up to level 10. I have read a lot and learned a lot, but was crazy about getting points, even as I snacked.
I now must be watching what and how much I eat and exercise 10 min a day or I won't allow myself to play SP points game. I like the 'game' so much that I have been going for a walk each day and eating almost no processed foods.
I am back to what I was when I joined.
