check to see if the recipe says how many servings. If, for example the recipe says 5 serviings, than 1/5 of dish is the serving size.


Every day find a little time for yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes, as long as that time is just for you. Better yet is if that time is fun.

The recipes state the calorie portion, but I have no clue what a serving is for the recipe. Is it one cup, 1/2 cup??????????

There is no serving size listed.
