Hi everyone,, posting once again to say that I am starting this week off on the right foot, Starting tomorrow I plan to eat 3 square meals a day and then if the weather is good start walking again. I have to stay focused on my goal and not slack off like I have been.
I hope to be able to clock in over 12000 steps this week and each day I walk I will use my pedometer and after I come home write down the steps and then start it over again the next day and so on. If I can get in the 12000 steps a week then I will set the goal higher the following week and so on.
I hope to see this weight come off by the end of may. I lost my motivation for the past 2 months but never again. I want to be able to go for a walk and think of new poems to write as well as Set my goal a little higher in June.
I am also letting you know that my poetry book Love of Life & Nature is on the market now so please help me out and buy a copy. It is available on Createspace.com, createspace estore, online retailers and amazon.com and you can order it through a bookstore as well. I hope to see my book sell soon.
I plan to check my weight at the end of april to see if I lost any weight so please help me keep motivated and wish me luck as well.
