I've been working out for 3 months now and FINALLY noticing the difference. I don't crave junk food anymore - in fact when I eat it out of habit - I actually feel sick afterwards. I crave REAL food now - good, healthy food. I still hurt everywhere because my Trainer is making me use different parts of my body each training session. My clothes are loose and people are starting to notice. But the best news is that I have lots of energy and I enjoy working out now. In fact I look forward to it.
To anyone that has just started - keep going strong! It will pay off and will become part of your lifestyle!
