TURNERAC, I am so proud of you! You are losing weight the one and only best way possible: slow and steady. You possess a positive attitude and realize that this is do-able, VERY do-able. Your mindset is going through a transformation that will see you through to your goal and WAY beyond. Keep moving more, eating less, and use Sparkpeople to its fullest potential.
Today was weigh in day & I am officially down 10% from my starting weight. I'm 19% towards my goal weight. My BMI is down 7 points. And my body fat percentage has dropped 13.91% !!! I've been doing exercise & eating healthy (most days!!) since December. So in the last 7 months I've lost 28 pounds, over 25 inches total, and for the first time in my life I've stuck with this for longer than a month! EEEEEEEEK!!!!! I just wanna tell everyone!!! :D :D :D :D
