I am on a No or Low Salt diet and I need to know if its possible to make Salt Free Pickled Green Tomatoes. A friend gave me a jar and I LOVE THEM! I make my on Pico and added a bit of those sweet green tomatoes and YUMMY! Im just not sure what the salt content is and would like to make my own. Just wondering if its safe to make them without any Salt? Is it a safety issue in canning?
