If it's a SparkTeam you've joined, click on Community at the top of the page, go to SparkTeams and you should see it listed there.

Yes, I tried that. But if you are searching for a team by name, it is listed alphabetically, not by how close the team name is to what you typed in.

I think the IT guys need to change the search algorithm to something a bit more intuitive.

There is a little box at the top right of the search results that says "order by". You can choose to sort by most members, newest first, or team name (I think that's the last one :)

I find the search engine you use for the team page very frustrating. When I type in a name of a team, I get results for hundreds of teams, starting with the largest ones. I think searching for a team by name should be the same as searching for a food item in the nutrition tracker - lots of results, but the tops ones are most relevant.

Organizing them by team size is also not the way to help smaller teams grow.
