Top with drained crushed pineapple, chopped green pepper, heat until done and serve over rice or whole grain pasta

Warm it up in a fry pan with some good barbeque sauce. I like Sweet Baby Rays. Warm it thru and serve with some sweet potatoes.

I'm assuming it's already cooked. In that case make it part of a stir fry. At our house this is called "Fourth Shelf Refrigerator Night". Start with a little oil in a skillet and saute some onions, peppers, celery, carrots or anything else in the vegetable bin. Thinly sliced broccoli stalks, cabbage, cauliflower, corn, green beans etc are good too. Throw in your sliced pork (may need to be cut smaller, i.e., matchsticks). When everything is cooked the way you like it (we prefer a little crisp/tender) add soy sauce to taste, stir it up and serve over cooked brown or white rice. You can also mix the cooked rice right in and make it a one bowl meal. Hope this is of some help.
